    Well, I've always argued that the best judges are those who believe in restraint rather than activism (that's more important than liberal vs. conservative). Bush is not interested in restraint, he is going to go with an activist conservative which is just as bad as a liberal activist. Look for an ugly fight and a judge who really doesn't know the score.
